Return Process:

Step 1: Request a product return by calling +66 2 447 6996 or emailing sasithorn.nonthawantana@endress.com

Step 2: An investigation report will be prepared with a quote to advise you whether the device should be fixed or replaced if it is deemed beyond economic repair.

Step 3: Complete the Instrument Repair Request Form and place it on the outside of the packaging.
